God is Good all the time and All the time God is good

I proudly served in the United States Army for a total of 21 years.Through deployments,battles,and burdens both seen and unseen,I stood as a soldier for my country.But even more so,I stand today as a soldier for Christ.I am a Christian man who lives with PTSD,but let me be clear—my God is stronger than PTSD.He is greater than any struggle I face.I am not defined by my diagnosis.I am defined by the cross of Jesus Christ and the power of His resurrection.I was raised in a Christian home by a God-fearing mother who taught me to trust in the Lord with all my heart.Her prayers carried me,and her faith planted a seed that continues to bear fruit today.While serving in the military,I was honored to be ordained—a calling that allowed me to minister to my fellow soldiers and walk alongside them through their own storms.My ministry began in uniform,but it continues today as a Disabled Veteran for Christ.I am married to my beloved wife,Deanna,a woman of strength and grace who walks this journey with me.Together,we serve the Lord and strive to honor Him in our marriage and in our family.I am not blessed because of anything I’ve done.I am blessed because God is good—faithful,merciful,and full of grace.He took what was broken in me and is still healing,restoring,and using it for His glory.I am a living testimony that even when life leaves scars,God never wastes a wound.And as long as I have breath,I will continue to serve—not just my country—but my King.–Willie Troy AyersDisabled Veteran for Christ
